I-Club Slim
The symmetrical light.
Designed by Burkhard Dämmer, I-Club epitomises the use of clean lines in good design. The symmetrical beauty of this lamp is evident across each of its forms.
Available as a Short or Long lighting fixture, the I-Club Slim Suspension has the option of a black or white top diffuser (black preventing any upward light), and a matt satin acrylic bottom diffuser. This sharp and elegant lamp is especially ideal for any environment requiring directional, downward lighting, for example, above a desk or kitchen surface. The I-Club Slim Suspension is also striking when arranged in a uniform formation.
The I-Club Slim Suspension is available in the following wood veneers: Natural Cherry, Ivory White, Natural Beech, Yellow, Orange, Red, Blue, Grey, Pale Rose, and Sea Blue.
Assemblage
The concept behind the Assemblage coffee table can be summed up in one word: combination. The distinctive sculptural appearance of the coffee table is in fact the result of a combination of different shapes and, most of all, of materials that are not usually brought together, whose weight’s perception is disrupted here: cork, which is lighter than wood, makes up the base and therefore looks like the heavy element which supports the table.
The use of materials tied to nature, such as wood and cork, makes Assemblage an object capable of furnishing both living rooms and bedrooms.
Lock
The design of the Lock armchair stems from the aim of creating a seat capable of expressing a sense of protection and comfort. An armchair where the person takes centre stage, which develops around the user through a padded strip that folds onto itself to form a backrest.
“I think the feeling of protection and safety is something we seek everywhere. It is what distinguishes a welcoming and familiar setting, such as one’s home, making it different from any other place”, comments Alessandro Busana.
Agatha Large
The dramatic light.
Agatha’s elegant whirls of wood veneer strips combine to form an appealing suspension lamp. Designed by Luis Eslava Studio, the lamps concentric layers create an intriguing shape, one that sets Agatha apart. Gazing at those elegant whorls, we might visualise Agatha as a wonderfully ageing thespian: a shining light.
The Agatha Large suspension lamp will fill the space with its ambient glow. It is especially at home in roomy places with high ceilings.
The Agatha Large is available in the following wood veneers: Natural Cherry, Ivory White, Natural Beech, Yellow, Orange, Red, Blue, Grey, Pale Rose, and Sea Blue. The canopy has a Matt Nickel finish.
Swirl
The soulful light.
Swirl excites the eye with its eddying and whirling folds, their twisting twirl a sensuous feat. Designed by Ray Power, Swirl is an accomplished pendant, its form thoughtfully considered and sculptured. Power’s designs are typically based on geometry and his predilection for creating three-dimensional forms from flat materials (wood veneer). Swirl is no exception, its precise contours brought to life in stereo.
With a soulful character and presence, the Swirl lamp will vibe well with any interior. When a light is striking from every angle, one might expect more than a hint of conceit. And yet Swirl is wholly modest, its beauty inspiring and uplighting.
The Swirl pendant was accorded a Special Mention by the German Design Council.
